With a sparkling sun drenched pool, direct beach access, five spacious bedrooms and multiple indoor/ outdoor living spaces – this is ideal for your next family holiday.
Enjoy lazy days relaxing under the expansive covered entertaining area, complete with alfresco dining area overlooking the heated pool and out to the ocean. Cook up a BBQ while the kids swim or play in the grassy, fully fenced yard.
Inside you’ll find relaxed open plan living with a comfortable loungeroom offering smart TV and a large lounge setting and dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holidays including coffee machine, dishwasher, two ovens, a 4-burner stove, large fridge/ freezer and plenty of bench and storage space to whip up family meals.
After a day in the sun, movie nights are a must in the separate media room with large smart TV with surround sound.
Sentosa comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests with 5 spacious bedrooms;
- Main bedroom with king bed and ensuite
- Second bedroom with king bed and ensuite
- Third bedroom with king bed
- Fourth bedroom with two single beds
- Fifth bedroom with single bunks + single bed
There is also a third bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, plus laundry with washing machine and dryer. And a clothes line outside.
Sentosa offers reverse cycle zoned ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
If that wasn’t enough, there is also a ping pong table, secure driveway parking for two cars and plenty of storage for bikes and boards.
Sentosa is the ideal beach house in a perfect location – absolute beachfront. The Gold Coast airport is only a 4 minute drive away, however double glazed doors and windows help to minimise any airport noise.
The Oceanway Path directly in front of Sentosa offers 36kms of flat, scenic pathway along the beach and is perfect for those wanting to explore the area on foot or by bike.
The best part of course is that Sentosa is only steps from the golden sands of Tugun beach, with no roads to cross and direct beach access. Its a short walk to swim between the flags at Tugun to the North or Kirra to the South.
