Step into this brand-new condo nestled in the heart of Keystone's Lakeside Village! This spacious, modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across two queen beds, two twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.
Upon entering the open-concept living space, you'll find a cozy queen sleeper sofa facing an electric fireplace with a mounted smart TV. Stay cool during the summers with air conditioning, a rare find in Summit County. The private balcony just off the living area offers outdoor seating to soak in panoramic mountain and lake views.
The fully equipped kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances and features a breakfast bar with seating for four, perfect for casual mornings. For more formal meals, the dining area seats six and offers a dining-with-a-view experience with the mountains right outside the window. A convenient private washer and dryer are tucked neatly inside the entryway closet on the main level, making it easy to stay fresh during your stay.
Retreat to the main-level primary bedroom, where you’ll find a queen bed, a mounted smart TV, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom on this level offers two twin bunk beds and en suite access to a full guest bathroom—which also connects to the living area.
Upstairs is the third bedroom, which offers a queen bed, mounted smart TV, air conditioning, and its own en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
As an added bonus, guests have exclusive access to the Keystone Lodge & Spa next door, complete with a heated pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and fitness center.

Property is in a convenient location, very comfortable, roomy , and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to make small meals. We had an issue with lock, management was quick to respond and fix the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment. Being a new build makes a big difference for their quality and cleanliness which are both first class. The place was very spacious as well. We completely forgot to empty the fridge before we left and they didn’t give us any fines! Definitely deserves 5 stars. The only negative note I have for manager is that the fire alarms went off twice when cooking when there was no visible smoke.
