Island Trader has been fully remodeled creating spacious open living with water views from the majority of the home. The modern, elegantly furnished interior will soothe your soul with a coastal theme and bright accents. In the summer months, the sound-front community pool is available and a great place to cool off and take a dip.
A fully equipped kitchen is equipped with the chef in mind, so be sure to bring along your favorite recipes. The large sunroom overlooks your dock, two canals, and has Roanoke sound views where you can unplug and read a book. Catch a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV as you relax in the large living room on the leather reclining sofa or oversized chairs. High-speed internet allows you to enjoy all of your favorite streaming options.
Unwind and get a restful night's sleep in any of the three bedrooms with smart TVs. The large en-suite has a king bed, walk-in custom tile shower, and double vanity. The remaining two rooms offer queen beds and share a bath with a soaking tub finished with a tile surround. The laundry room is convenient for all.
The ground level features a covered outdoor living area, a 50-inch smart TV, a full bath, an outdoor shower, an electric vehicle recharging station, a sun deck, and access to the dock. There is a private boat ramp located in the neighborhood.

The home was very well decorated, great location, pretty clean as well! Beds are pretty comfy & the sun room was our favorite place to hang out!! If you plan to fish, my husband & kids caught about 10 fish. We will stay here again!!

The house itself was wonderful- clean, newly renovated, on the water, easy to walk to beach. The property management company was terrible. Even after requesting the check-in information twice, we finally received a text telling us to go to office to pick up our house keys. We arrived after hours and had to wait an hour, calling the emergency number to finally get different instructions that the keys were actually at the house, in a lockbox and wait to get the number. The management company didn't follow up with us until 11:30am the following day to make sure we had gotten in the house ok. Requested the check-in/check-out information again and didn't receive it until the following day. So, 2 days after we arrived we finally got our critical information. Since our departure, we have been sent multiple requests for reviews. This is the second or third review I have submitted. I would absolutely stay at this house again but only if they went under different property management.

Came for our daughter's 3rd birthday and to visit family. This house was absolutely fantastic 10/10 highly recommend!!
