Our team handles cleaning, inspection and check-in directly, with no resort staff in between.

Welcome to a Holistays Disney home, where every stay feels seamless. Managed by our local team specializing in Disney-area vacation homes, we ensure spotless cleaning, responsive 24/7 support in multiple languages, concierge assistance at no extra cost, and the comfort of a resort-style experience from check-in to check-out.

This 5-bedroom home holds up to 12 guests in a gated community minutes from Walt Disney World. Five bedrooms across two floors carry a large group comfortably: a family reunion, or two families sharing the trip, each with a real room rather than a pull-out. Two king bedrooms give each set of adults a quiet corner at the end of a long park day, and the open living area is where everyone gathers for dinner. A welcome kit with starter bathroom and kitchen essentials is set up before you arrive, so the first night never begins with a supermarket run.

From the first message to your final day, our team is available to help with anything you need, dining tips, park guidance, transportation or special requests. Guests have the entire home to themselves, plus access to the community's shared amenities: the resort pool, clubhouse, fitness center and children's play area.
Our local Orlando team is available 24/7 by message and phone, in multiple languages, for late arrivals, dining recommendations, park guidance or last-minute questions. We don't manage from a distance. Someone is always within reach.
The home sits in a quiet, gated community minutes from Disney, with grocery stores, restaurants and shops nearby. Distances by car: Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom) 12-18 min, Universal Studios 22-30 min, SeaWorld 18-25 min, Orlando International Airport (MCO) 20-25 min, Walmart 5-8 min, Vineland Outlets 12-18 min.
A car is the practical way to reach the parks and move around Orlando. The home has free on-site parking and quick access to the main highways. Rideshare such as Uber and Lyft works well for nights out without driving.
