Just an hour from Santo Domingo, and even closer to Las Americas International Airport (SDQ), the cosmopolitan beach town of Juan Dolio offers an easy and relaxing tropical escape just a stone`s throw from the capital. It is a favorite destination for Dominicans who flock there on weekends to relax along the 10 kilometers of white sand beach, which is lined with hotels, restaurants, dive centers, bars, as well as plenty of private vacation villas, luxury residences, and modern apartment complexes.

Beautiful and modern 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo available for rent. Located in the heart of Juan Dolio, where you can take in the beautiful beauty of the town. The condo is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, 1 flat-screen TV, high-speed Internet, and kitchenette items.

The parking is private and exclusive for guests, and the accommodation is a little removed from the area of greater social activity, so it allows us to have a semi-private beach, but mobility both in a private vehicle and walking is quite comfortable and safe.

We always recommend enjoying the beautiful area of Juan Dolio on foot or by bicycle, however, if you like to walk beyond our city, we recommend having a vehicle to enjoy life in Santo Domingo.
