Ideal and strategic location, 90 km from Málaga, 40 minutes from the airport, just a few km from Gibraltar and Marbella, and less than 1 hour from Tarifa and the Atlantic coast.
In the surrounding areas, there are various supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies for all your needs, all within easy reach.
The beach at Casares Costa is also within walking distance.
The apartment features 1 large double bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and 2 comfortable double sofa beds in the living room.
The garage has a reserved parking space, accessible at all hours via remote control and reachable from inside the building via stairs or an elevator.
The communal pool is available for use by all residents and guests.
The terrace features a dining table for 6 people with chairs, a large umbrella with outdoor lights for wonderful al fresco dinners, as well as a two-seater sofa, two garden armchairs, and a coffee table for relaxing evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary accessories, including a kettle, moka pot, 4-burner induction cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans for all types of cooking, and a washing machine in the adjacent laundry room.
During your stay, staff will be available during daytime hours to assist with check-in and check-out, as well as to address any issues or provide necessary explanations.
Currently, construction is underway outside our residential complex for the development of a major hotel complex, which may cause noise or disturbances on weekdays; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
This is also why our rates have been reduced, and we welcome requests for extended stays.
However, all the amenities and services offered by our apartment and the Mirabella residence remain unchanged.
