* Free covered garage parking on-site—no valet or extra fees
* You’ll find shared laundry facilities on the same floor, accessible with a card for a small fee.
* The grounds, including gardens and walkways around the property
* Feel free to enjoy everything the building has to offer—from swimming to strolling the grounds—just as if it were your own home!
• The guest responsible for the booking must present a valid photo ID at check-in. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in.
• The booking guest must also be one of the guests staying in the apartment.
• Before departure, please do not leave behind any food or personal belongings.
• Strictly Non-Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. A $600 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected.

Pool was great. Easy, short walk to the beach. Shops nearby as well as restaurants. Great area. Felt safe and relaxed! We enjoyed our stay! Not too far from the airport. Would recommend!

The host was very welcoming and stayed in close touch. The apartment had a beautiful pool and was very close to the beach. Overall a very nice stay.

It was lovely and comfortable. Great instructions and very prompt response to questions. It felt safe and was walkable to restaurants & groceries. Quick stroll to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and saved some with the full kitchen

Excellent communication by the owner. Everything in the unit was very clearly labeled for ease of use. I couldn’t quite figure out the two coffee makers, but everything else was very easy to work. Neatly maintained and very clean.
