This is an exceptional house with views of the ocean and with a very short walk to the private beach. The host was very friendly and responded to any concerns almost immediately. Parking is a little complicated as there are only two parking spaces available on the street.

This is a beautiful house, newly built, spacious and comfortable. The owner, Gwenn, is generous, helpful and responsive. We had everything we needed to make our family vacation wonderful. Perfect location - just across the street from a private beach and a short walk to Ocean Beach.

We had a lovely experience in Gwenn's home. She was extremely attentive and communicative. We were even able to check in early for our MDW stay. The home was even more gorgeous in person than the listing showed. The home was clean and spacious, the bedrooms were comfortable, the view was amazing. We made multiple meals in the kitchen and we were able to feed 4 children and 4 adults easily. The views were stunning from the porch and a few bedrooms. We were very happy and comfortable and will definitely stay here again!
