Great location and proximity to the beach. Loved having the quiet outdoor patio and pool area! James was a great host.

Wonderful, cute place which is conveniently located within walking distance to our interests

Location was great Walking distance to everything. It was cool and windy during our stay so we didn’t use the pool. Outdoor sitting area was nice. Appliances are small but adequate. I do wish that the shower temperature was hotter but I am sure it was because of the cold weather during our trip.

This location is perfect — we were within walking distance from the beach, shops, and plenty of restaurants. We had peace and quiet once we returned to the property, away from hotels and spring break crowds. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in. We will definitely be staying here again next time we plan a trip to Clearwater Beach!
