The location was perfect and the host was timely in responding to my questions and assisting me with an issue with our arrival and departure.

This rental was just perfect in everyway except for all the late night noise issues that prevented our getting much sleep both nights of our stay. I have written to the owner directly with our concerns and observations in this regard. The owner is super responsive and open to any issues one might have. Also, we loved the location.

Exactly as described! Very clean, nice touches throughout, including bottled water, coffee, snacks, extra toothbrush/toothpaste, soap- in case you forgot your own. This will be our go-to place in the Plano area.
