Stayed overnight, arrived late and needed to leave early. No hot water, just warm if the hot water tap (only) was on full blast.Informed host and they did get back to us reminding us to check out at 11 then informed us the situation would be corrected for our convenience the day we are checking out. No help to us at that point. What should always be available for guestsAt all times.A bed, toilet, sink, lights, towels, toilet paper and running water both HOT and cold. No exceptions

I highly recommend The Golden Spur. The check-in process was very convenient and I loved the keypad entry system. The room was very clean and spacious. It was in a great location and we felt very safe. It was close to several awesome local places to eat and only a 30 minute drive to Bryce.
