Lakeland Village is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe with something for every family member. Lakeland Village amenities: two pools, including a year-round heated pool and a seasonal lakeside pool, plus a seasonal wading pool, two shared hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, private beach and pier, lakeside fire pits, seasonal BBQs, and boat buoys (first-come, first-served). The lakeside pool and wading pool are open during the summer months only. Enjoy exclusive access to Lakeland Village's pristine private beach. Just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, golfing, hiking, biking, Emerald Bay, dining, shopping, and Whole Foods Market.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Get around the city for free with "Lake Link" free on-demand ride service. Boat, Bike, SUP and kayak rentals are within walking distance in the summer and ski/snowboard rentals in the winter.
