Just 700 m from Saint-Michel beach, and close to many other beaches in the region, it offers you a pleasant garden with terrace to enjoy lovely moments of relaxation outdoors.

From the small private courtyard with sea views, you discover a 15m² terrace furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, ideal for your outdoor meals or moments of rest in the sun. The private gate of the garden gives direct access to a renowned cycle path that goes around the Croisic peninsula and leads to the beaches of the region. In the residence, you can enjoy a heated communal swimming pool (open from 1st June to 30th September) to cool off during your holiday.



You then enter the welcoming living space comprising a lounge with sofa, television, dining area and a fully equipped American kitchen: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cocktail shaker, raclette machine and all the utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals.

You will also find a separate WC on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the sleeping area offers two comfortable bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140x190) and a skylight with a sea view, the second with a single trundle bed (90x190). A small bathroom with a sloped ceiling bath completes this floor (hairdryer also available).
