Step inside and be welcomed by the airy open layout, featuring high ceilings. The expansive living area provides ample space for relaxation and includes a smart tv, making it an ideal relaxing spot. The thoughtfully designed interior blends classic New Orleans charm with modern touches, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Unwind in the comfort of our the two bedrooms, each offering a serene sanctuary for a peaceful night's sleep. The shotgun-style layout does mean you have to walk through each room to get to the next, but locking doors still ensure privacy while maintaining a seamless flow throughout the home.
The front porch, a classic New Orleans staple, is a picturesque spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening while immersing yourself in the vibrant energy of the neighborhood. Feel the rhythmic pulse of Midcity as you watch the city come alive from the comfort of your own charming porch.
Guest Access:
This home is a duplex, and other side is also an airbnb. Guests share use of the backyard, pool, and front porch.

Getting Around:
Most parts of New Orleans are a 5 minute or less drive from the home. You can also utilize the blue bike rentals to bike around the city.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is located in an urban environment within close proximity to a mix of uses, including residential, retail, commercial and light industrial. Exterior noises may sometimes be heard in the house during normal business hours, and there is nearby loitering at the corner gas station. The backyard and pool are shared with the home on the other side of this double.
Pets are welcome for a one-time $200 fee per pet. This is a shared backyard
