You will discover an air-conditioned living space, a spacious living room with sea view and access to the terrace.
The large equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace and also offers you a nice sea view.
In just a few steps you will access the sleeping area including a bathroom (bathtub and Italian shower), three bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes and a bedroom with 2 single beds which can also be accessed from the master bedroom.
To enhance the whole, a large enclosed garden with sea view will allow everyone to enjoy the environment and the Mediterranean climate.
The villa is located in a gated domain secured by regulated access throughout the summer, which will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the place and the unspoilt beaches.
On the first floor of the villa, an independent apartment of 40 m² is also available as an option. Benefiting from private access and a beautiful sea view, it consists of a kitchenette opening onto a living room opening onto a terrace, a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with toilet.
