Welcome to your private guest house in the heart of Denver’s Cole neighborhood! Tucked behind a classic bungalow, this light-filled retreat offers peace and quiet while keeping you just minutes from RiNo Arts District, Five Points, and Downtown Denver’s top restaurants, breweries, and nightlife.

The Space

Step inside to a thoughtfully designed space with tall ceilings, skylights, and a cozy living area. The sofa easily converts into a twin bed for extra sleeping space, and a dedicated desk with monitor (available on request) makes this the perfect spot for remote work or extended stays.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—from rotating local coffee to a complete set of cookware, dishware, and a full-size dishwasher for easy cleanup.

Upstairs, a king-sized loft bed awaits. Guests rave about the comfort of the bed! Please note: the staircase is steep, and ceiling height is about 4ft—best suited for agile guests.

Once in the bathroom, enjoy high-quality towels, a spacious shower stall with overhead rainshower faucet, and fully-stocked with sundries.
