This newly refurbished, cute 420 sqft one bedroom is centrally- located- close to downtown, Petco Park, Balboa Park, the convention center and to Coronado island. It has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with a tub.
The unit has its own upstairs entrance off a patio with great views of downtown and the Coronado bridge. There's a community backyard and the owner is on-sight for quick questions and help. This is a family residential complex so no parties or loud music.
We can allow one guest to sleep on the couch if there is a family with a kid that needs an extra sleeping space. Its not really suitable for an adult to sleep on that couch

Cute spot in downtown San Diego. A little over a mile from convention center. Sometimes hard to get street parking late at night.

Perfect size for a couple looking to stay right outside of downtown. Quick uber or Lyft ride into town and you completely avoid the mess of traffic.
