For your skiing holidays or to spend your summer in Arc 1800, book this duplex, 3-room apartment with a South-West facing balcony.
This 56 sq-m apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and is situated on the 4th floor of a the residence, Aiguille Grive 1, residence with a lift.
The sleeping arrangements :
An alcove in the entrance with a set of bunk beds and a trundle bed (80).
On the 1st floor:
A first closed bedroom with 1 double bed. (Bed in 160).
A second bedroom overlooking the living-room with a set of bunk beds and a trundle bed (80).
Please note that the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
A third bedroom with 2 single beds (2x80).
The toilets :
Located upstairs, you will find 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with shower and WC. You will also find a second separate toilet on the lower floor.
The open plan kitchen :
Fully equipped with an oven, an fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a microwave.
The additionnal facilities :
A TV in the living-room.
A washing machine.
Shared WIFI included

Animals are allowed.
During the winter, the car parks are compulsory and fee-paying.

The shuttle buses are free during the winter and the summer and circulate every 20 minutes in the winter and every hour in the summer.
At the bottom of the residence, you will find a bakery.
The nearest supermarket and ESF ski school are situated at 7 minutes by foot, in the Villards’ area.
You'll also reach the medical center and the Tourism Office about 20 minutes' walk or with the shuttle bus.
