The Space:
On the North end of the island this one bedroom, one bathroom condominium is just minutes away from the Time Square, shopping, and restaurants. This gated property offers beautiful views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. As you enter this Gateway Villas condo, you are welcomed by a spacious great room overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The great room has a comfy sofa and flat screen TV, kitchen with all the essentials of home and breakfast bar. The bedroom has two full beds and flat screen TV. Other amenities include a shared heated pool, WIFI, coin laundry area in lobby, towels and linens and cable TV. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The private screened in lanai has outdoor seating and beautiful Gulf of Mexico views.

This unit has a keyless entry so a code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. However, this unit requires a gate pass that you will need to pick up from our office at 2001 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first before going to the unit.
This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).

This property was perfect. Quite. Location to elevator and steps to the beach were perfect. My only complaint (small) is that check in is not on site. But it was easy just in the opposite direction from the bridge. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The condo is in a good location! The pool was super nice. The mattresses in the bedroom need replaced, but everything else was great!

The staff @ tripower were great. Problem was no extra blanket, no cleaning supplies to keep condo broom, missing 2 beach chairs.cable tv had min.stations washer & dryer as advertised.
