-Super friendly staff especially at breakfast, they were truly lovely.
-The breakfast was great! They even had gluten free bread to my surprise!
-Great food from the restaurant, free water from reception.
-They were very relaxed with our check out time, letting us check out after 2pm at no extra cost.
-Lovely shower
-When we checked in they said we didn’t have breakfast included, which we did. Was easily settled, But at breakfast the next day I had to show my proof of booking again. But all easily resolved.
-Location a little out the way but the hotel had everything you need and can order you a taxi.
-The pool bar doesn’t open until 2pm, but I guess we were the only ones up there!

Very classy and modern.
I had to wait to be checked in for almost an hour even though it was way past 3pm. I was late for my appointment.
Front desk offered “water or a GT beer” as their way of saying sorry. We asked for coffee instead and was denied.
Some staff nice. Some rude. One of the staff didn’t say a word to us. She only cashed the items we bought no greetings
