Porto Surf Lodge

This house is BEAUTIFUL. It is very well designed with lots of character and beautiful light. A lot of space and comfortable furniture. The location is a little far from the city center, a 10 min walk to the nearest metro stop, but accessible by bus and a nice (long-ish) walk into town. It is also very very quiet and peaceful. The garden is lovely with two hammocks to take epic naps in. There are a few great cafes/restaurants nearby and you can really get a feel for local life away from the tourists. I had a private room with two twin beds which was a bit tight but definitely sufficient and still beautiful. The woman who cleans is very nice and will clean your room everyday, which is such a nice perk. There is a small fridge outside and the breakfast is lovely.

It would be nice to have floor mats or extra towels for the floor in the upstairs bathroom. A small rug or mat in the room would also be helpful, as to not track things into bed. It would also be nice to have access to cutlery outside of mealtimes or access to the kitchen to grab small things. All small details and did not detract from the overall experience.

Good value for money.

Bed was very small. Even teenagers might struggle.

Loved our room #11! Stayed the whole week! Loved the garden, kind hosts, and lovely breakfast. We used the scooters available at the park nearby to head out each day. It was perfect!

A Localização é boa, a Senhora é simpática e prestativa. Acabei por não dormir lá, quando fiz a reserva indicava que era um quarto e quando cheguei lá era uma cama em um quarto com seis camas, o que pra mim não é viavel, mal se pode se mover.
