Security of the property was excellent we felt secure as it’s approx ten minutes from central train station. We enjoyed the view from outside at night. Main bedroom mattress was comfortable. Internet was great but we did go a full day with it being down. Host was very helpful and accommodating when contacted. Place was clean.

Second bedroom mattress my adult children found difficult to sleep on, then the fold down sofa bed was the same. There is a kitchen but not a great selection of utensils. There is a lift to get to the top floor it’s operated with 20c coins. Confirm your city tax before arrival, l booked in advance and it had gone up?

An apartment close to the historic centre of Naples. The host was exceptionally helpful, accommodating and easy to reach. He provided guidance and tips to get about. We felt safe whilst in the apartment, especially as it's in 5th floor of an old palazzo. The lift is an old style lift (like a cage), which could make some people nervous (the kids didn't feel comfortable travelling in the lift!) but this is common style lift in old buildings in Naples and actually very interesting! withouot the lift, accessiblity would be an issue. The apartment is close to the hustle and bustle of the historic centre and Spacccanapoli, making it an interesting and vibrant place to stay but not the prettiest or cleanest part of the city. That siad, you are within walking distance of all the main sites and beautiful churches. The apartment was spacious, cool, clean and quiet. Was perfect for our few days in Naples.

The location was in a slightly less desirable part of town but was close to the main sites. The lift!
