We enjoyed our stay at this unit. Absolutely clean, cozy and homely.
We didn't realize that we left our spare car key during check-out.
Owner was extremely kind in contacting us back to check and even went extra mile by helping us to courier back the car key to our address.
Very thoughtful gesture indeed :)

The Highland Chill Retreat in Tanah Rata lives up to its name and is deserving of a five-star rating. Well done!
Perhaps provide butter knives for foreign clients and chopsticks for locals :)
