The caravan was clean and comfortable with the beds already made the owner also provided towels tea towels and washing up cloths as well as there being a large dishwasher full sized fridge freezer and cooker the view from the front of the caravan was excellent the property is only a short walk from the beach and the amenities of the town
There was no Wi Fi in the caravan

Beautiful views of the sea. Clean and comfortable beds and seating area. Friendly staff. If issues below could be considered it would have been perfect and we would definitely want to come back and recommend you to people.
Unable to turn hot water or TV on. Instructions not very clear. Had to boil kettle for hot water. Key safe not in a good position for people who are unable to crouch down. Couldn't see numbers clearly.

The view was absolutely fantastic and distance to amenities nearby superb .We had issue with boiler going off but this was quickly diagnosed and sorted sith some help via whatsaapp video by the lovely host. We really enjoyed oyr stay thank you.ps Had a 2nd toilet also i wasnt expecting.
I have given it a 9/10. I would have given it 10/10 but i feel like the sofas cud do wi a good uphoulstery clean and vaccuum under the cushions. When you have a good look round u can notice certain parts are looking abit tired (cupboard doors edging coming off and draws in main bedroom cupboard needing attention) I would have liked it to have an iron and its own vaccum cleaner also. The key safe was not in location sent to me by text and wasnt the easiest to use.Silly little things but overall very enjoyable.

Wow, what a view! The weather was rough but it was amazing to watch it. Very comfy sofa too - we sat in the early morning with a cuppa watching the waves.
We had an issue and ran out of gas but it was resolved fairly quickly for a Sunday evening.
Great location, short walk to the seafront and the amenities of Newbiggin.
There was no obvious number on the caravan, we had to walk around and use a process of elimination to find it.
It wasn't very clean. We had to wash the cups and the saucepans before we could use them. There was still toothpaste residue in the toothbrush holder.

"Really quick efficient response to slight hiccup on arrival. The view from verandah were incredible. Access to both beaches from park were both close to van."
