Location amazing flat awesome
Literally I’d struggle to suggest improvements it’s a ten out of ten spot

If exploring the Royal Mile is what a tourist is looking for then, this location is perfect.
The toilet was leaking. There were no hooks available to hang wet towels, wet outer clothing from rain.
There are a number of stairs to negotiate with luggage as seniors.

The location
The approach to the apartment down a Alleyway with bins overflowing and binbags everywhere, rats running about and a homeless guy with all his paraphernalia dossing on the entrance doorway...the apartment needs to let more light into it especially the 1 bedroom, needs a little tlc in places
