Friendly staff.

Wifi didn’t work in rooms, pool was a bit small.

Pause for a while, relax and stay. Cool air, warm heart, end of the day. Aesthetic, nice pool, hot shower bliss. Feels like home -you don't wanna miss.. Hard work done. Now time to rest. Small in size, but comfort's the best. Got free upgrade, so perfect 10 in rate. Extended another 8, experience is great.

Staff were lovely and really helpful, aircon was awesome and room was cleaned really well and the linen and bedding were really good.

If you stay in the private room it was really noisy (even with earplugs) as it’s right next to door where everyone enters and exits the hostel, communal area and people would use the foyer to have long phone calls. There is only one tiny little window for natural light / airflow but that’s right where the communal area is and could often smell cigarette smoke coming into the room. We enquired to swap rooms so it’s not as loud but was told they only have one private room which I’m unsure is true or not so we stayed in there for 4 nights with minimal sleep. Didn’t experience the hot water in the designated shower. Having a hand dryer in an open bathroom right next to rooms was really annoying hearing that go off in the night. Some helpful possible tips! - Provide body soap - There were these black drying tiles right outside the shower which need to be changed to nothing or like a rubber mat as they are seriously a slipping hazard or someone will definitely break it and slice something open - Upgrade hot water system for those designated showers - Provide hand towels so the hand dryer doesn’t need to be used in the middle of the night or early morning if someone wants to dry their hands - Quiet time poster / rules of general respect when you stay in a hostel inside the foyer some travellers haven’t stayed in a hostel before and doesn’t mean it’s a big party all the time some people need to actually sleep
