Good location, near Shinsekai (which has sooo many restaurants and bars to choose from) and within a 5-10 minute walk from several metro/train stations, but quiet at night. It was clean. We were able to do laundry. Enough space in the living room for our suitcases. There’s an elevator, which was nice as we had a stroller with us. Price/quality ratio is absolutely superb!
The beds were a bit smaller than we are used to. The curtains didn’t block the light so it was light very early (just after 6 AM). Just 1 large plate and some tiny plates; if you’re planning to eat dinner here this might be an issue (but for us it was okay).
