It was located in a very convenient place and the view overlooking the Medway River was beautiful, especially at night. It had everything a person could need on vacation, including spices for cooking, cooking oil, cooking spray etc. The lady who set us with the keys was professional and friendly. The information regarding keys, where to put the garbage, check out instructions was all very clear. Having a washer and dryer and drying rack makes this apartment a step above other similar accommodations. It was very safe as you had to use a form to enter the building. We had no problems parking in front of the building day or night. It was in walking distance of the Uni dorms in the area and a super ASDA store was a 2 minute walk. I will return to this property if it is available when I return to the area.

It was very well equipped, in a central location and on the river adding lovely views.

Everything about the property was perfect. It was very easy to check in, and once I’d entered the property I was amazed by the cleanliness of the property and the facilities on offer. I was welcomed with a nice seaside view which was really nice. Had really nice 3 day stay and I’d definitely be interested in returning and most definitely recommend to anyone interested in the property

Maybe have some toothpaste provided along with the other amenities provided and maybe some cooking oil to go with the basic seasoning and utensils provided

The facilities were great - cooking, laundry, bath, lounge, kitchen. All were well equipped & functioning for our 5 day stay. The balcony & views of the river were outstanding, especially for a late supper.

There was a minor problem with the bed that staff is repairing. There were oil svents throughout that triggered my allergies, but they were relegated to the balcony.
