1) Apartment was clean and in good shape since the building is brand new.
2) Good view from the apartment on the 27th floor.
3) AC and TV work well. Comfortable apartment overall.
1) Check-in process and parking experience was a disaster. It took us over an hour to find the right building as the parking garage is shared with 4 buildings with no signage or instructions anywhere.
The staff requires additional training and need to visit the property to understand how difficult the check-in process is.
2) There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Some complimentary water, tea or coffee would have been nice.
3) the bathroom in the bedroom has a very strong smell in the drain.
