Very clean apartment with three nice rooms and comfortable beds. We came by car and used the small garage parking. Fortunately, during our stay we always managed to find a parking spot at night.
The apartment is located in a good neighbourhood, close to many restaurants where locals eat, with good prices. If you have a car, I highly recommend trying Merry King all-you-can-eat, which is about 10 minutes away by car. You will not regret it.
The fridge was a bit noisy, which might bother light sleepers, but it did not disturb us much.
