Great stay in Haeundae! The studio flat is very cosy and bright and it had all we needed for the stay. My sister and I really enjoyed it. The bed was super comfortable and there was a great shower. We received very detailed information on how to get there, making it easy to check in the apartment. The host was also very responsive and easy to reach out through the booking message. It is a short and easy walk to Dongbaek station and there is a bus stop just in front of the building.

The apartment is beautiful, in a nice neighbourhood very close to the beach. The bed was huge and comfortable. I loved that the bathroom was spacious and the shower was separated. Nice kitchen and equipment as well. And the view from the 31 floor is stunning. I could honestly come here only for the view. And the owner was nice and very responsive.

The only small thing that bothered me was that you have to separate the trash but there was only one very small trash can which made it a little uncomfortable

The location was good. About a 12 min walk to the beach. The metro is 15 min walk away. Very clean. Good space.

When visiting a foreign country where everything. Is very different. Expectations. Rules. The way things are done in general and you don’t know your way around. Communication is paramount. I found it extremely lacking in this stay. The stay 5 stars the communication 1 star. Everywhere else I’ve stayed the instructions and guidance have been amazing. Here I was given blown off answers and left unanswered and confused. Not a good feeling. Dropped off with a ton of luggage where I couldn’t get in not knowing which way to go with heavy luggage. .1 very small garbage bag for a week. And wouldn’t tell me where to get more specialty bags for the garbage. No response. Thanks for teaching me how important good communication is with a stay. I will stick to airbnb from now on unless it’s a hotel.
