Great little apartment in a cozy courtyard in a great location. It's a perfect spot for low-maintenance guests on a budget. It had everything we needed.

Fantastic location on nice residential street. Quiet location. Overall clean (except shower). A/C functioned well (although location over the bed was awkward). Nice size.
Black mold in the shower. Many personal items of owner in/around apartment. I wish the door had a deadbolt or lock that was not keyed (the front door keys can easily be copied). I wish the courtyard had some light when you entered, since courtyard is kept unlocked.
