Stayed there for two nights in February. The guy with the key was friendly, but when I texted him that the air conditioning was not working on heat mode he told me that there’s nothing he can do. Kept using the phrase “it’s out of my control” and redirected me to the owner.
Texted the owner, replied the second day and gave me such an annoying answer. Lots of words, no solution. She even told me I can use the blankets if I’m cold :)) and that nobody ever wanted heat in that apartment. Humidity plus an outside temperature of 16 degrees… I really wanted a bit of warm air.
