The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed, the property was in easy walking to Exeter City Centre and a 10min walk from the bus station which is ideal if you are attending a gig at Powderham Castle
The property was perfect for our short stay, we struggled a little with the directions on google maps but other than that I have absolutely no issues.
7 / 10Buono·mag 2026
Location was great; big enough for just me and was very clean.
The remote for the TV did not work, even when changed batteries - worked only intermittently, so there were periods I could not watch anything.

Very well equipped, all facilities good quality, good condition, easy to use - kitchen, bathroom, heating.
Convenient location for city centre - 10 minutes walk on pleasant streets to cathedral, high street, bus station.
Needed more detailed instructions on location of waste bins.

Conveniently located and spacious.
Neighbours were very noisy - their argument at 3am was pretty annoying.
