Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment. The price is very reasonable and it offers good value for money.
One of the biggest advantages is the underground garage, which costs €15 per day. There is air conditioning in every room and all units work very well.
The apartment is also well stocked with basic essentials – salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar, coffee capsules, cleaning products and other useful items were provided, which we really appreciated.
The building itself is clean, well maintained and feels very secure, with access by code. The neighbourhood is very quiet, yet the location is convenient – the red metro line is about a 10-minute walk away, and there is a large supermarket literally just a hundred metres from the building.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Clean and on a convenient location. Near the metro to go into the city center
We had to pay an additional fee for the garage. Which is fine but it was not Manitoba’s in the advertisement.

очень четко, очень красиво, очень позитивно! есть всё необходимое, много посуды, удобно!
автобусы каждые 5 минут, 2 станции метро ( 700 и 1000 метров ) все близко!
красивый балкон, нормальная кровать, 3! КОНДИЦИОНЕРА В КАЖДОЙ КОМНАТЕ! =) это было очень нужно!
Очень классный хозяин, очень гостеприимно! Бутылочка игристого в приветственный подарок - идеально!
на 20% может быть рекомендация "проводной" интернет сделать? wi-fi 4G иногда бывает маловато для больших объемов данных и работы. но это так, мелочи))
