Lovely and clean, been there before for my 60th in June, can't fault it. We came back to the same place , we will be coming back.

Location was perfect.
Mattress was far too soft but apart from that the room was clean ,tidy and just what was needed.

Breakfast not included but I was given a list of places very near in town where I good get a good breakfast & find an evening meal. Good shower
Bed could have been higher and a bit more comfy. Windows were open when I arrived so had to close them as no heating on & it turned very cold. Had to put on a few clothes to sleep well.

It sufficed for the one evening we were there. The young man in the pub who showed us our room was friendly and apologised for there being no parking and directed us to parking at the Blue Bell round the corner. The room was adequate and clean.
The rooms were above a very run down public house. It was unfortunate for us that a rock group were playing directly underneath our room. We could hear every song with the sound reverberating in our room and I have recordings of the noise. If we had been informed prior to our stay, we would have booked somewhere else.
There was no car parking as advertised, so the advert for the property is misleading. There was no hot water - at best just above lukewarm.
