Everything was excellent! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected.
There is indeed quite a lot of movement and lively activity around the area. Given the location, it is also completely normal and to be expected because you are right in the middle of everything. As the Italians say, “Non si può avere la botte piena e la moglie ubriaca” : you can’t have it both ways!
For us, the lively atmosphere was part of the charm of the place.
Everything was excellent.

Location of the property was brilliant it had a lovely view right slap bang in the centre of everything we stayed for a week. I spent alot of time people watching from the roof terrace the place itself is quite small but if you want to chill and have everything on yor door step its spot on. There wasn’t a supermarket close by just a spa the supermarket was about 15 to 20 minute walk on outskirts
Unfortunately there was alot of regeneration and building work taking place which was noisy but i could see lots of development taking place which is a good thing in the long term. The property was good for us , lots of stairs but the rooftop views were worth it

The view is good, that’s about it.
If you have kids, older people or you’re a light sleeper, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 31 stairs up to the kitchen. The first night there was a band playing across the street, no sleep, the second night, Karaoke at the same bar, no sleep, after they stopped, the local gangs hang out on the corner, loud, noisy etc. The 3rd night, after 1 AM, big fight outside, 45 kids, ambulances, police etc, it’s just not worth €498 for 4 days in September. It’s a €80 per night joint. MAX
