Very comfy bed, clean, conveniently located, easy parking
The staff were amazing, shout out to Carmen, Kensley and Barry who made the experience amazing. They went to extra lengths for our late check in
Great food at the bistro, great vibe in the whole hotel, LOVE it and we will be back

Excellent location, just in the town centre. Close to everything and really nice old building. Awesome.

The staff were absolutely amazing - incredibly helpful and friendly at all times.
The budget rooms could each do with a basic wall mirror, cupboard and / or chair. A second shower cubicle in the up-stairs budget rooms' shared toilet and bathroom area could also be useful at busy times.

The bartender micheal was amazing thanks for the hospitality
One of the staff got in our room at 10 am without knocking with his keys very unprofessional and unpleasant.
And 10 minutes later the housekeeping yelled through the door that we have to leave but our check out was mean to be at 11 .
Orribile experience.
