Overall the appartment is nice and clean. It has some minimum facilities you might need. To go to the city centre is convinient by bus and it is very close to the station.
I wouldn’t recommend to stay in this appartment in the summer heat, because it has only a ceiling fan which is not enough when it is over 30 outside and the fan makes noise during night. I didn’t pay attention that it has no conditioner, as I am coming from a Nordic country. However my advice is to invest in the appartment with a conditioner, because eventually I couldn’t sleep well.
