Property with capacity for four adults and one child (maximum). With contemporary and minimalist décor, designed for guest comfort and well-being, this apartment offers all the facilities needed for a wonderful holiday in Madeira, whether for work or leisure.
The flat includes a living area, television with cable channels, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom with shower. A balcony connects the living room and one of the bedrooms. The building has a shared entrance and is located on Rua da Alegria, near the Plaza Madeira Shopping Centre. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Please note: the building has stairs and no private parking.
AREA
Located in Funchal city center, the building is within walking distance of downtown and main points of interest: restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina, and Municipal Theatre. The city center offers information on all kinds of activities: cultural, adventure, and nature-related.
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.
By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.
OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

Loved the properties location right across the street from a local coffee shop and cafeteria. The apartment was spacious with a huge balcony. Clean and well equipped.

This was a brilliant apartment for us as a family with two teenage daughters.
The apartment was very trendy and clean. Bedding was good quality and beds were very comfortable.
The doors into the building were quite narrow and the apartment is on the second floor (I didn’t know which one it was but for a very quickly reply when I contacted to find out). The apartment was quite hot at night (no A/c) but rather that than cold! The road outside was quite noisy at night with occasional fast speeding down the road but we didn’t see it in the day. The towels provided were of a great size and the toiletries for the shower and sink were excellent. We had a great stay here and would definitely return if we come back to Madeira. Theo still. Was brilliant for us- a few minutes to the supermarket in the shopping centre, a few to the centre and a lovely stroll along the front in the evenings. Really did pick it for these reasons and it lived up to our expectations.

Great location. Lovely apartment. My teenage girls loved it!
I needed info once we found the building g as wasn’t sure which apartment it was but instant reply to let me know it was on the second floor. Loved the balcony, soap and shower gel, towels were a good size, lovely decor.
Would recommend and stay again. Great walkable location.
