Sleeping Arrangements

The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom boasts two queen beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The third bedroom offers two full beds, providing ample space for guests to rest and recharge.The living room also features a sofa bed, bringing the total to 6 beds throughout the space. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, you’ll find the accommodations cozy and welcoming.



Kitchen & Dining

The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals. With stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a dishwasher, cooking feels effortless. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, while towels, bed linens, and essential toiletries are all included. The spacious living area offers plenty of room to relax, with a TV for entertainment, while the smart lock system ensures a seamless check-in experience. The property is also equipped with essential safety features, including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit, so you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
