The biggest plus was the condo's location within Point Royale. It was right next to the Clubhouse and pool. The condo itself was comfortable. Comfortable beds are always a concern for me, and this place had good ones. Two major drawbacks were the lack of cleanliness and the lack of ceiling fans in the bedrooms. When we arrived, there were cleaning products left on the kitchen counter. We also found food pieces and a water bottle lid under the coffee table. Not a big deal, but still less than ideal when you have to pay for a cleaning fee. Luckily, the AC unit was on point to make up for the lack of ceiling fans. Because the condo is beneath ground level at the entrance, there are zero cross breeze options. For the same reason of the below level entry, the condo is kind of dark. But, they did a great job offering ample lighting to make up for that as well.I'm 50/50 if I would stay here again. My overall experience was good, and the location was awesome. But with so many other options in the area, I may try another place next time.

Wonderfully clean condo, host was great. I just wish the listing explained that it is a walk out basement level condo. We had some issues with noise from occupants above us most nights.

Our stay was great.

The condo was lovely! Bed was comfortable, living space was great as well. We used the condo as a home base while in town to watch our daughter play softball. It was a good location, great area to run and walk around the neighborhood and golf course. We also enjoyed Capone’s, conveniently located right at the gate to the complex.
