Welcome to your peaceful Sanibel escape, nestled in the charming Seashells of Sanibel community, with private beach access across the street. This bright, coastal condo is the perfect home base for beach days, bike rides, and relaxing island nights.
Our unit is completely brand new and is located in the back of the property, so your tranquility and privacy are not bothered by car or pedestrian traffic. We’ve stocked the Unit with every imaginable amenity (for example, plush towels, beach chairs, wagon, and every kitchen need…like wine glasses.
Start your mornings on the screened lanai with a cup of coffee and the soft rustle of palm trees in the breeze. Inside, the open-concept living area is modern and welcoming, with comfortable seating, flat-screen TVs in all rooms, and a beautifully updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a spacious island with seating for casual meals or happy hour snacks.
