The Boulevard de Pesaro is located in the heart of a neighborhood in full transformation, between contemporary architecture, green parks and direct proximity to La Défense. Here, you are at a crossroads: between residential tranquility and the dynamism of the largest business district in Europe.
A few steps away, the esplanade of La Défense, its restaurants, shops and skyscrapers set the tone: you are in a world-city, but with a breathing proper to Nanterre. Parc André Malraux invites you to linger, spontaneous picnics or morning jogs, while the banks of the Seine reconnect you with nature.
On the mobility side: In a few minutes, you can reach the historic center of Paris: the Arc de Triomphe, the department stores, Châtelet or even Disneyland Paris thanks to the RER A, line 1 of the metro or the future line 15 of the Grand Paris Express. It is a dreamed starting point for your Parisian escapades as well as for your professional appointments. Whether you are here for a concert at the Arena, a mission in La Défense or a stay for two, the neighborhood offers you a real breath between modernity, accessibility and serenity.
