A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Cool Breeze is a charming mountain cabin that feels worlds away—tucked at the end of a quiet road in the quaint community of Todd. Surrounded by sweeping pastoral fields and long-range mountain views, this retreat offers rare seclusion, the kind of peace where sunsets feel like they belong just to you. Yet, despite its private setting, it's perfectly positioned between Boone and West Jefferson, making it an ideal home base for exploring the High Country.
*Allows pets with an additional fee paid after booking.
Spread across three levels of fresh, contemporary mountain living, the cabin accommodates up to 11 guests with inviting spaces for both relaxation and entertainment.
The main floor welcomes you with an open-concept design, where a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters flows into the dining area and living room. Gather around the rustic farm-style table or settle into leather sofas beneath exposed beams, warmed by the glow of the stacked-stone wood-burning fireplace.
Step outside to a covered deck with rocking chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining area with a gas fire table—the perfect spot to savor the sky as it shifts from day to night. The peaceful setting, complete with cows grazing in the nearby pastures, makes every moment outdoors feel like an escape from the world.
The main-level primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with a soaking tub and tiled shower. Upstairs, two queen bedrooms share a full bath—one with vaulted ceilings and a Smart TV, the other with a sleeper sofa for extra flexibility. The lower level is made for fun and comfort, featuring a family room with a large Smart TV, plush sectional, card table, and shuffleboard, along with a bunk room and full bathroom.
Year-round comfort is ensured with central heating and air, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs throughout. Two dogs are welcome per reservation with standard pet fees and rules.
With its end-of-the-road privacy, awe-inspiring views, and modern mountain charm, Cool Breeze is more than a getaway—it's your own quiet corner of the High Country.
Must be at least 25 years of age to book.
