For workers and families traveling for short or long periods. This beautiful one-bedroom suite offers an inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day at work or traveling. Private Suite is located in the NW area of Bakersfield. It is conveniently located near Hwy 99 and Interstate 5, providing easy access to commuting, shopping, and work.
The Space
Spacious and cozy suite, tastefully furnished, to provide a relaxing environment. Comprises a bedroom and living room.
PS: Maps may show address as a road beside an empty land. Google hasn't updated its maps as this is a new community. However, you'll see houses when you drive into the streets. The house numbers will guide you to our property.
This is a private guest suite with its own entrance. It is a mother-in-law suite attached to the main family home. You will have the entire suite to yourself—no shared spaces!
No access to the backyard.
The property is in the new Westdale community, a desirable neighborhood in Northwest Bakersfield.
Street parking in a quiet and safe community.

Restaurants are a short drive away.
Approximately 5 miles, about a 10-minute drive to Sonder. A cozy eatery in West Bakersfield offering American cuisine and craft cocktails with a relaxed, lounge-style atmosphere.
Approximately 8.5 miles, about a 15-minute drive to Locale Farm to Table dining. Known for creative sandwiches, burgers, and salads, Locale is an excellent spot for lunch with locally sourced, organic ingredients.
Property is about a 15-minute drive to Historic Bakersfield Fox Theater. This iconic venue offers live performances, concerts, and films in a historic setting.
The location is one hour from Sequoia National Forest, a vast national forest offering diverse ecosystems and hiking and camping opportunities for nature lovers.
About a 25-minute drive to the beautiful Hart Memorial Park. The park has hiking trails, picnic areas, and a scenic lake, perfect for outdoor activities and family outings.

Enjoyed my stay immensely. Amaka was very hospitable and easy to communicate with both before and during my stay. The suite was very comfortable--looked exactly as the on-line pictures. It was very clean. There is a refrigerator, microwave, etc which were convenient. It's a very nice neighborhood to walk in--new construction. I would have liked to explore it more if I had had the chance.

Our experience with the host was very positive. We found the unit very clean and welcoming. The host was available when needed. I also appreciated the few extras in the bathroom available for use (ie hairblower, soap/shampoo supplies etc.) The location is newer so it was a bit farther from our family (about a 20 min drive from the Stockdale area) but we would deifinitely come again!

Suite was as decribed, clean, and host left water and other drinks in fredge for me. Communication was great. Easy access to room with street parking. Enjoyed my visit with family and location worked for me.
