Firewood is available to purchase for $10 per bundle- provided by a local retired farmer.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside! 🚭 $1000 minimum fine if rule is broken.
If you smoke outside, be sure your cigarettes end up in the trash, not on the ground.
All guests and pets must be accounted for in the booking! Unauthorized pets/guests can result in a fine of up to $100 per pet/guest per day.
If you brought a pet, do not leave them at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture.
Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture. A minimum **$100 additional cleaning fee** will apply if pet hair is found on beds, furniture, or other areas where pets are not permitted.
Please also be mindful that pet hair transferred from clothing or personal belongings onto beds or furniture will be subject to the same cleaning fee. If you are covered in pet hair, please change or remove the excess hair from your clothing before getting into bed or sitting on the furniture.
Thank you for helping us keep the property clean and comfortable for all guests, including those with allergies.
If your dog barks when you leave, please take them with you. Barking disruptions to neighboring guests can result in them wanting to cancel and you will be responsible for their refund amount if you are the cause.
If you use appliances, dishes, etc, please clean, dry, and return everything where you found them or make previous arrangements to hire the maid to do this for you otherwise additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
The included maid services will take care of linens, towels, wipe down, taking out trash, sweep, dust, and mop, but please pick up after yourself and be tidy. This is how we keep low cleaning/maid fees, so we appreciate your help in keeping it this way 🙌🏼
