This casual beach efficiency is a 100 yards to Johns Pass, fishing, parasailing, kayaking, dolphin watch and eco boat tours and a 5 min walk to the beach. Enjoy coffee outback while watching the canal filled with birds and wildlife!

The room was clean and comfortable with everything needed for the beach. The private and shared outdoor areas were clean with ample seating. An outdoor grill and firepit were great additions. The host was responsive to inquiries. The location was within walking distance to everything.

room was clean and comfortable. AC was legit. Television was not good. It had a Roku set up but 99.9% channels were blocked which I didn't like. You could not even get any local channels. The only channels available were from replays 25 years ago. I will stay away from VRBO's from now on
