Lots of space, comfortable beds and beautiful sitting room.
Would have liked some toilet roll and a few more mugs.

The location was just perfect for local things to do in derby or venturing the peak district. The house is very big and spacious.
The locks on the main bathroom don’t work. No mirrors in bedrooms. The house is over 3 floors and if it was full there are only 2 bathrooms which could be difficult for a large group.

We stayed here for a week while working at Derby Theatre. Brilliant place, large rooms and very spacious for multiple people. Excellent value for money, very clean and tidy. A short walk to the town centre and lots of things to do within walking distance. Our host was so wonderful and very quick to respond to queries. We couldn't recommend it highly enough!
