Lana was super accommodating despite our late check-in that was made even later by the plane arriving later than expected and then us getting lost in the airport. She was very quick to respond and understanding of our situation and helped us get the right public transport to get to the flat easily, even looked up train times for us and gave indications about the best way to purchase tickets - wonderful! She also gave us great advice about where to go to have breakfast in the morning. The bedroom was clean and tidy, there was a little station to make tea or instant coffee while looking through a guide to Copenhagen!

The shared bathroom could have been cleaner, nothing alarming, just some stray hairs in the shower and on the toilet seat. I'm sure my own place can look like that sometimes, it's just always a little uncomfortable when you're a visitor. As the flat is shared by several people I can also imagine that keeping it super clean can be a challenge.

We had excellent communication with the hosts. They were a very nice and welcoming couple and kindly allowed us to check in early in the morning. They also gave us clear instructions on how to find the place easily. Every request we had was heard and taken into consideration, which we really appreciated. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The only minor downside was the limited space for hanging clothes. There is no wardrobe in the room, and although there are a few hangers and hooks on the door, we felt that they were not quite enough for two people. That said, it was completely manageable. The host even offered to let us hang our coats in the closet near the entrance, but we simply didn’t need to use the offer. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
